The mattress in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room feels hard, initially causing discomfort. Breakfast lacks variety, and there's a noted limited selection of breads and juices that could use improvement.

It was a great fit for a quick weekend visit in Istanbul with good value considering the price it charged. The service at the rooftop breakfast area was warm and cute, made mornings enjoyable. Try to ask for a room away from the street to reduce noise.

Positive, I loved the new, clean vibe and excellent location near all the main attractions. Kedir at reception was super helpful in arranging our airport pickup and even carried our bags. The rooftop breakfast had a fine view of Hagia Sophia, made mornings special. We were also offered a good deal when extending our stay.

The mattress was solid as a rock, my neck hurts like I slept on the floor. The breakfast left so much to be desired, instant coffee is not coffee, and let's not mention how cramped the room was. A warm welcome would have been nice, but I was treated like a regular guest, not VIP material. I woudl ve been pleased, but I just couldn't.

I loved the rooftop breakfast with stunning views, and enjoying my coffee while listening to faint music was so relaxing. just wish the breakfast options were better for the experience.

The location is fantastic, close to major attractions and very convenient to the tram station. The staff is friendly, going out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and supported, especially helpful when we needed assistance with our luggage. Plus, the rooftop breakfast provided fine views.

Really good Service and Modern Comfort

Kadir at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and were very good, even helping us with our luggage since the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street. The breakfast on the rooftop had beautiful views and a good selection of quality food to start our mornings right. The only downside was that we could occasionally hear faint music from nearby restaurants, but it didn't disrupt our sleep too much.
